Letter from the CEO

During 2023 we have witnessed something that has verified our vision at MYC. The world of maintenance and Facility Management is becoming recognized for its strategic importance in companies. During 2023 we have had the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of clients, from the pharmaceutical sector to the hospital sector, including food & beverage, and in all cases we have seen the same thing: companies demand that the maintenance department become professional and assume the strategy of the company assets. This means that those responsible for maintenance have to move into a managerial role in order to go from “managing the fire” to “managing the asset strategy.” This is no coincidence, since all companies have come under pressure on their operating margins during 2023 due to rising costs due to inflation and the energy crisis.

At MYC with our team of professionals we have responded to all these needs of our clients by working on the following axes:

1. Optimization and structuring of what already exists.

2. Detection of areas for improvement.

3. Strengthening the management capabilities of human teams.

4. Training.

5. Implementation of new technologies.

This has led us to an excellent year 2023 both in economic results and in customer satisfaction and expansion of their portfolio. We are very happy because MYC has the opportunity to provide service and be a relevant player in maintenance engineering and Facility Management consulting.

In 2024, we hope to be able to provide more value to our clients with our experience and by deepening the professionalization and empowerment of the maintenance and Facility Management departments.
