MYC's technical team is made up of Industrial Engineers with extensive experience in industrial processes and maintenance — more than 20 years — and in constant contact with the latest advances in management technology and innovation. Combining a theoretical grounding with field work allows us to offer solutions specific to each case, knowing that every client starts from a different reality.
The profiles involved in a project
An MYC project is not signed off by a generic consultant. Depending on what is needed, these profiles join the team.
Project management
A senior engineer with plant management experience. They are the client's single point of contact from start to finish.
Process and production engineering
Work organisation, the UAP model, time and flow analysis, OEE and continuous improvement.
Maintenance and reliability engineering
Master plans, criticality, RCM and TPM, root cause analysis and asset life-cycle management.
Electrical and installations engineering
Projects, electrical studies, energy efficiency and site management.
Digitalisation and data
Definition and implementation of MES/CMMS systems (MES/GMAO), integration with SCADA and ERP, and dashboards.
Regulatory compliance and management systems
Industrial regulations and ISO standards.
How we organise ourselves
Every project has a project manager who is accountable from start to finish: they are the person the client talks to, and they do not change half-way through. The team is built around them with whatever profiles the scope requires.
For disciplines that require specific instrumentation or certification — vibration analysis, thermography, borescope inspection, electrical studies, ISO certification — we work with a stable network of specialists and accredited laboratories. The client still has a single point of contact: the MYC project manager.
